Company Overview

GENEX Co., Ltd. (founded 2020, Changwon, South Korea) is a Physical AI Solutions company specializing in manufacturing, operating across three domains: manufacturing process automation, DX field monitoring, and AX work automation. Its core technologies include multi-view vision capture and registration, AI-segmentation-based quantitative measurement and judgment, edge AI optimization (TensorRT), PLC/MES integration, and MLOps operation frameworks, backed by field-proven deployments such as EV traction-motor vision-AI inspection and CNC process automation, along with multiple patents and software copyrights in vision-AI inspection and robot control (Grand Prize, 2026 Gyeongsangnam-do Public Data & AI Startup Competition). At this pavilion, GENEX presents the field-proven Multi-View Vision-Based AI Inspection System for Spring Outer Chamfer, which transformed manual visual inspection into a quantitative judgment system on an automotive precision-spring production line (DAESE Co., Ltd.).

Exhibits / Products

[Manufacturing AI Inspection System] Multi-View Vision-Based AI Inspection System for Spring Outer Chamfer (v1.0) — Two industrial cameras simultaneously capture both chamfered ends of a spring; AI segmentation extracts the boundary, from which chamfer width and local steps are directly measured in millimeters to automatically classify five categories (OK / missing / insufficient / excessive / step). An explainable inspection that answers with dimensions rather than probabilities, performing in-line 100% inspection at full line speed (one part per 1.2 s), with PLC-linked automatic sorting, quality-history recording, and an MLOps retraining framework. Target throughput: 1,000 (manual) → 3,000 parts/hour. Extensible to appearance inspection of cylindrical and ring-type precision parts. [Other Solutions] Manufacturing process automation (vision-AI inspection, robotic automation), DX field monitoring (digital twin, 360VR telepresence, unmanned-vehicle remote control), AX work automation (industry-specific AI agents)
